Equipment Overview

1.The roller frame adopts an integral structure and is finished with precision processing. The distance between the upper and lower rollers is adjusted by the eccentric sleeve on the roller shaft. The locking device guarantees that the equipment is undecided. The upper and lower roller bearings are lubricated.
2.The casting arch is installed on the frame, and the distance is adjusted by rotating the screw. The forming machine uses a three-phase AC motor to drive the main reducer, which is installed in the middle of the forming machine. Drive the transmission box to drive in series, and the power is transmitted to the upper and lower shafts of the forming unit through the clutch. Necessary passes are equipped with upper and lower synchronization gears.
3.The roller frame adopts the archway structure with high rigidity; the positioning hole of the lower roller shaft of the archway adopts the fixed round hole positioning, and the positioning of the upper roller shaft adopts the sliding groove positioning. The roller shaft is made of high-quality steel and finished with precision processing to ensure assembly accuracy. The strength is sufficient, the shaft end is equipped with a bearing, placed in the bearing seat, and the whole is fixed on the arch slideway, and the gap between the upper and lower rollers is adjusted by the screw rod.
