Gantry mobile CNC high-speed drilling and milling machine is mainly used for drilling, tapping and milling of flanges, heat exchangers, tube sheet parts and slewing supports. Carbide drills can be used for internal cooling high-speed drilling or high-speed steel twist. The drill is cold-drilled outside, the machining process is numerically controlled, and the operation is very convenient. Features
1. This machine tool is mainly composed of bed, worktable, gantry, vertical ram type drilling head, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, cooling system, automatic lubrication system, electrical control system, chip conveyor and so on.
2. The bed and worktable of this machine tool are made of high-quality gray iron. In order to eliminate the resonance generated in ordinary processing, the independent form of the bed and worktable is adopted.
3. The left and right beds are placed vertically, and the two left and right outriggers of the gantry are installed on the gantry through a sliding table made of high-quality gray iron. The high-quality gray iron casting table is installed between the two beds by means of ground riveters.
4. There are several horizontally machined T-shaped grooves on the high-quality gray iron casting table, on which the workpiece to be processed can be placed, and the workpiece can be pressed by the T-shaped groove with a pressure plate (the automatic manipulator can also be installed according to user requirements to clamp ).
5. The gantry of this machine tool is a steel plate welded structure. The rationality of the materials and reinforcements is fully considered in the design, and it has been fully artificially aged to eliminate internal stress, so the dynamic and static rigidity is good, and the deformation is small.
6. The longitudinal movement of the gantry is guided by two high bearing capacity linear roller guide rail pairs on the left and right, and the movement is flexible. The drive adopts AC servo motor and precision ball screw pair bilateral synchronous drive to ensure high positioning accuracy and repeatable positioning accuracy.

7. A CNC-movable ram-type drilling power head is installed on the beam of the machine gantry. The Y-axis movement of the ram-type drilling power head is guided by two linear roller guide rail pairs, and the drive adopts AC servo motor and precision The ball screw pair drive ensures the high precision of the work.

8. The ram-type drilling head with vertical CNC feed, its vertical slide table and ram are all cast with high-quality gray iron. The drilling head adopts the special servo motor for the spindle to drive the spindle through the synchronous belt, 1-2.5, with large torque at low speed, which can not only bear heavy cutting load, but also be suitable for high-speed machining of carbide tools. 9. The drilling spindle of this machine tool adopts the Taiwan key precision spindle (high-speed internal cooling), the spindle taper hole BT50, has a butterfly spring automatic broaching mechanism, and a hydraulic cylinder loosens the tool, which is very convenient to replace the tool.
