This inquiry requirement cant be satisfied by many other suppliers . Because of two reason: 1st. need to design according to special material size, it’s not standard metal coils cut to length line, also not normally roll forming line. 2nd. Many suppliers dont have such technical person can do this design .
This customer said that their company wanted to find a cross-cutting machine with a thickness of 10mm, but they have not found such a machine in China, so ask our help if can do . Our leader engineer Mr. Xu, after check and several discussion with user, finished the design and drawings within two weeks, and put in production. After 3 months of hard work , this complete production line was finally produced
