This factory established in the year 2003 by the founder of the group Mr. Li & Mr. Yan. Who was leader engineer of steel coils processing design worked in SINOMRCH(China National Machinery Industry Corporation) and grown up as top 3 manufacture in north china this field. The space is about 10000 square meters now, and the annul capacity is 90 lines at present.
1.Combined CTL Slitting line
Our slitter and CTL combined lines combine a slitter and a shear into one line. They not only can do slitting and recoiling but also cut-to-length and stacking of coil material.
2.Slitting Line
Our slitting machine carries out slitting on cold or hot rolling carbon steel, tinplates, stainless steel, and other kinds of metal that have coated surfaces. It is a useful slitting machine, widely used during the processing of home appliances, automobiles, hardware, steel products and more.
3.Tension Leveling Line
Tension Leveling Lines are used to effectively flatten metal sheet in various industries. The material to be flattened runs through an entry and exit set of bridle rolls, with a corrective leveler in between. It is uniformly leveled and relieved of most internal stresses.
4.Cut to length line
A cut to length line is generally used for jobs like uncoiling, straightening, measuring, cross-cutting to length and stacking of various materials such as cold or hot rolling carbon steel, tinplate, stainless steel, and other kinds of metal with coated surfaces.
