In November last year, the customer sent us the thickness of the steel coil that needs to be cut and the size he wants to cut. I gave this parameter to our technicians. When our company’s technicians saw this specification and size, they said that there was something wrong with this parameter. The technician told me that the parameters of the cross-cutting were wrong, and I reported it to the customer. The customer checked the parameters with his technicians again, and found that there are indeed many inaccuracies in this parameter.
