Raintech steel coil slitting line is designed according to our customers special requirements. This line is for the metal coils thickness 0.5-3mm thickness, width of coil less than 1300mm. Line speed can up to 200m/min.

Compared to other processes, slitting is one of the most precise ways to cut metal. Slitting lines work by cutting a large roll of metal into multiple, narrower rolls. This is a very precise continuous production process. The entire process requires mechanical lines with uncoilers, slitters and rewinders to achieve the final product.
