PD2016 Gantry Moveable CNC Planar Drilling Machine
Production Description
PD2016 is a CNC Drilling machine for steel plates up to thickness 100mm. The positioning, feeding of three spindles are all driven by servo motors. It adopts Taiwan Precision Spindle, controlled by SIEMENS Control system, and Gantry movable type, high efficiency, and high precision. Both of external cooling twist drills and internal cooling carbide drills can be adopted on this machine. Very easy to operate, the automation, high precision, economics of scoop and mid/small production can be realized
THE MAIN PROCESSING STEP
1) Loading and fixing the material on the worktable.
2) Send the program to the CNC.
3) Start Drilling. Drilling operation can be applied from the spindle. It can also drill blind hole if necessary.
4) The machine will change the tools for different diameter or marking if necessary.
5) The chips can be moved out to the chips box by the chip cleaner.

Product Details
1) AUTO LUBRICATION SYSTEM
Equips with auto lubrication system, regularly pumps the lubricating oil into each and every parts including blocks, ball screws and bearings, avoid manual tedious lubrication work, prolong the usage life of parts .
2)Hydraulic clamps design:
it have 12 hydraulic clamps on the side of the bed, to fix the workpiece easily. The system can recognize A. B.C.D area automatically and the 0 point have been set, dont need to search the 0 every time.
3)PLC Control system
PLC control system, easy programme and operation, we choose Mitusbishi PLC , can read CAD drawings by upload to PLC by DXF . format.
4)Machine bed:
steel plate welded , nevertheless , the other suppliers using pipes inside instead of thick steel plate welding
5)Drilling thickness:Max. 200mm
