PHD2016 is a High-speed Drilling machine for steel plates up to thickness 40mm. The positioning, feeding of three spindles are all driven by servo motors. It adopts Taiwan Precision Spindle, controlled by SIEMENS Control system, and Gantry movable type, high efficiency, and high precision. Both of external cooling twist drills and internal cooling carbide drills can be adopted on this machine. Very easy to operate, the automation, high precision, economics of scoop and mid/small production can be realized.

Product Description

WORKTABLE: We adopt main body whole sheet welding structure,  the thickness will be 30mm , comparing other company choose 20mm thickness only .The worktable size is 1600*2000mm, and can be placed the workpiece on it, through the cylinders clamping the workpiece. The machine body & Gantry is welded by iron, and reinforces the iron where stresses much, it treated by artificial aging after finishing welding, all of these can ensure the stability of the machine body, so the precision of the whole machine is secured.

THE MAIN PROCESSING STEP

1) The material, loading on the worktable and fixed on the worktable.

2) Send the program to the CNC.

3) Start Drilling. Drilling operation can be applied from the spindle. It can also drill blind hole if necessary.

4) The machine will change the tools for different diameter or marking if necessary.

5) The chips can be moved out to the chips box by the chip cleaner

THE DRILLING SPINDLE

Drilling box is rigid precise spindle, BT50 inner cooling, attaches blowing device in spindle taper hole, able to adopt carbide drill with inner cooling head, high precision. Equips with hydraulic tool cylinder, using hydraulic spring to do auto tool loosing, tool pulling, also set tool tightening monitoring device, and co-locking protecting device. Very easy to load/unload tools. Spindle is driven by high-power motor especially designed for spindle.

1) Moving of the spindle is controlled all by servo motors on linear guide and driven by ball screws, 3 servo motors for the spindle. The spindle can move up and down, also can move left and right on the gantry.

2) Our Spindle use Precision Spindle with Servo Motor, have very good stability and reliability while drilling with high-speed, the max rotation speed can be up to 2000/rpm.

3) The spindle can use both carbide drill and twist drill. Carbide drill can drill holes with better hole surface and good rigidity and efficiency. The customer can easy change the blade on the tools easily with lower cost.

4) The spindle equip with Inner Atomization cooling and Outside Cooling system. Atomization cooling, which has internal and external cooling, drilling spindle case is equipped with external nozzle and internal joint, and it can be chose according to drilling. The cooling system is working with pressured air and cooling liquid. The pressured air let the cooling liquid goes through tooling and let it go out as pulverized, so minimum cooling liquid is required in this system.

5) The spindle equip a tool-changer with 4 tools, one for marking, and 3 for drilling

THE SCRAP CLEANER & COOLING UNIT

Equips with plate chain type chip conveyor, chip and coolant are collected into conveyor, and transport to cart, very easy to operate; coolant can be recycle used. Also equips with inner cooling and external cooling
