Raintech slitting line is designed according to our customers special requirements. This line is for the metal coils thickness 0.5-3mm thickness, width of coil less than 1300mm. Line speed can up to 200m/min. The production line compose of the process of uncoiler- servo feeding leveler-end shear-slitter-recoiler .We can design and make proposal for each customer , please feel free to contact us for any inquiry.
Working Processing
Coil Preparation→Roll-up → Uncoiling → Taking → Pinch hydraulic shear loop brige→ rectifying → slitting machine→Scrap Winder→ loop bridge→Tail press→ separate shaft→tension 1#→Tension 2#→press bur rollers → hydraulic shear→Swerve feeding mechanism→ press→ recoiling →discharge

Product Detail Introduction
1.Steel Coil Saddle
Mechanical Composition: Consist of V-shaped frame structure welded by a steel plate, the anchor bolt is fixed symmetrically by left and right, installed at the foremost end of the entire production line
Operating Function: Storage the steel coil transport by the crane to the uncoiler
2.Entry Car
Structure: The whole body is a four-wheel structure. The car body is divided into upper and lower parts. The hydraulic cylinder controls the up and down movement. The four guide columns can effectively control the load. Rigid balance, the coil car moves through the motor, and the walking is accompanied by a drag chain;Running Speed ≈6m/min;
Operation function: the coil will be received by adjusting the position of the trolley and the lifting height of the coil until the uncoiling machine mandrel is inserted into the steel coil hole;
3.Double support type uncoiler
Operation function: This machine is a device for installing and unwinding plate. It can receive coil material by operating the sliding cylinder of the fuselage to complete the process of unwinding and shearing.
Structure: It is composed of heavy duty fuselage, expansion and contraction spindle, heavy duty sliding seat, power system and braking device. The front and rear shaft ends of the spindle are supported by heavy bearing movement, and the rear of the spindle is equipped with a brake disc to prevent inertia rotation of the steel coil.
