Process of the line

Uncoiler →leveler--- servo feeder→punching station→roll forming unit →hydraulic shear→finished product.

MAIN COMPONENTS

1.Uncoiler:The machine is in single head mode. Single support, manual drive uncoiler feed shaft expansion and contraction.The tensioning structure is connecting rod type, the working state is stable and reliable.The uncoiler is equipped with pneumatic brake.In order to prevent the uncoiler from loosening during uncoiling, the uncoiling machine is equipped with a pneumatic press arm to ensure the safety of the operator.

2.Servo motor leveler and feeder :It consists of a frame, a compression system and a servo drive system.According to the actual punching required step length into the sheet material, can set multiple feeding parameters at one time, convenient and fast.Accurate feeding accuracy without cumulative tolerance.

3.Punching press:Whole Frame welded hydraulic press, economical and applicable, fast speed The hole spacing can be adjusted in the transverse direction of the plate, and the step spacing can be changed through the electrical control system.

4.Roll forming machine:The molding unit adopts independent stand (memorial archway mode).Motor, reducer drive, chain driven type The forming roller is designed with professional software. The material is made of high quality mold steel Cr12, and the hardness of HRC58~62 after quenching. The surface of the roller is polished after finishing processing, so the roller has high precision and long life.
