With the continuous development of China’s industry, roll forming technology has also developed rapidly. Roll forming machinery and equipment have become indispensable machinery for some professional factories. Then there are also things that need to be paid attention to when using Roll forming machinery and equipment.

First, choose a flat table and place the machine steadily. You can pull the chassis legs apart to make the machine panel easier to observe. Insert the plug on the hand-held sensor head into the socket on the panel and tighten it, paying attention to the positioning gap.

Next, insert one end of the power cord into the socket on the rear panel of the chassis, and the other end into the power supply socket. Be sure to use a single-phase three-wire power supply. Then turn on the “POWER SW.” on the rear panel of the chassis, press the “SWITCHING” button on the panel, and wait until the “WARM UP” green indicator light turns on, and the machine can work. Press and hold the “SETTING BUTTON” button to set to an appropriate value, usually between 0.5-2.0 seconds.

Place the sensor head on the container cover again and press the start button on the handle. At this time, the red indicator light of “HEATING” will light up, indicating that heating is in progress. Do not move the sensor head. The red indicator light of “HEATING” will turn off. Then remove the sensor head.

Finally, wait until the green indicator light of “WARM UP” turns on or the buzzer inside the machine makes a short “beep” prompt before proceeding with the sealing operation of the next container. Check the sealing quality, and adjust the “SETTING BUTTON” button appropriately according to different materials, container diameters and production efficiency to achieve the best sealing quality.
