Shelf structure

(1) The shelf columns are made of cold-rolled strip steel rolled by a special roll forming unit. Double rows of holes are punched on the front of the columns. The up and down adjustment size is 50mm. The column holes are used to hook the cross beams; the two columns are opposite, with the middle column facing each other. The column piece of the shelf is assembled by connecting two upright columns with horizontal braces and diagonal braces.

(2) The shelf beams are made of “P” type pipes, and the height of the beams is consistent with the height of the shelves.

(3) The shelves are made of cold-rolled steel plates that are bent on four sides according to the required size. The shelves can also be laid with wooden boards as needed.

(4) The beams and column pieces are connected and assembled to form a frame, and finally the laminates (or wooden boards) are laid. At this point, a complete set of medium-sized shelves is assembled.

(5) After the various parts of the shelf are processed and formed, they are all processed by polishing, pickling, phosphating, fully automatic powder electrostatic spraying, drying and other processes before the finished product is assembled. The surface of the finished shelf is smooth and beautiful; the upper and lower adjustment dimensions of the shelf layer are 50mm, which can be adjusted at will. The shelves are connected with screws, making installation and disassembly easy.
