Production Description
The slitting line is also called slitting unit, slitting machine, slitting machine, and scissors. Detail Specification and Description of Equipment
1、Coil storage
（1）Mechanical structure: The V-shaped frame structure welded by the steel plate, the support surface is covered with nylon, the center line of the equipment is symmetrically fixed to the left and right, and is installed at the forefront of the whole production line;
（2） Operating Function: Storage the steel coil transport by the crane to the uncoiler
（3）Storage capacity：1 coils/line
（4）Loading：Max. 35000Kg；
2、 Coil Car
（1）Structure: The whole body is a four-wheel structure. The car body is divided into upper and lower parts. The upper support surface is covered with nylon to prevent the sheet from being scratched. The hydraulic cylinder controls the up and down movement. The four guide columns can effectively control the load. Rigid balance, the coil car moves through the motor, and the walking is accompanied by a drag chain;Running Speed ≈6m/min;
（2） Operation function: the coil car adjusts the position and the height of the coil so that the center of the coil is level with the center of the uncoiler until the unwinding mandrel is inserted into the inner hole of the coil to receive the coil;
（3）Loading weight：Max. 35000Kg；
