Product Description

PD2016 is a CNC Drilling machine for steel plates up to thickness 100mm. The positioning, feeding of three spindles are all driven by servo motors. It adopts Taiwan Precision Spindle, controlled by SIEMENS Control system, and Gantry movable type, high efficiency, and high precision. Both of external cooling twist drills and internal cooling carbide drills can be adopted on this machine. Very easy to operate, the automation, high precision, economics of scoop and mid/small production can be realized.

Feature 

1.Machine Gantry: steel plate welded , nevertheless, the other suppliers using pipes inside instead of thick steel plate welding.

2.Control system: PLC control system, easy programme and operation, we choose Mitusbishi PLC .

3.Hydraulic clamps design: it have 12 hydraulic clamps on the side of the bed, to fix the workpiece easily. The system can recognize  A. B.C.D area automatically and the 0 point have been set, don’t need to search the 0 every time

4.The drilling spindle is hydraulic motor feeding , holes diameter range φ12-φ50mm

5.Drilling spindle : Morse taper, twist drilling bit , rotation speed :20-650rpm

6.PD series can updated to double drilling spindles with double driven, 200% efficiency improved

7.X axis driven by lead screw with motor, more precision and fast movement

8.Guide Rail adopts famous HIWIN brand, 45mm width , installed at side of bed, save the space and increase the Y stroke
