The punching capacity of the cold roll forming machine

In the cold bending production line, it is often necessary to have a punching and cutting device to complete the automated production of the entire equipment. These cutting devices can be installed before the forming machine, in the forming memorial archway (the middle of the main machine of the forming machine), after the cold bending forming machine, or in some processes that cannot be completed in one line according to the production needs of the workpiece, and can be punched separately after forming.

In the application of punching, punching machines are the most commonly used equipment, as well as hydraulic punching, flying saws, lasers, plasma, etc.

Laser and plasma cutting are expensive and usually chosen for punching in situations with special needs or where conventional punching methods cannot be completed.
