Q.What is cnc angle line?
A: The full name of cnc angle line is cnc punching,marking and shearing production line. It is a type of punching machine, which is a kind of fully automatic processing equipment for punching holes, cutting to length, and marking on angle steel. The working principle is that after the raw material is installed on the working platform, driven by CNC controlled feeding cart to the precise position for punching work. Then all the process stations start acts on the material since receive the signal, to complete the punching, shearing and marking operation at same time.
It only need one worker operation, improved the work efficiency highly and save much cost than the traditional punching machines. Cutting machines and typing machines.
Q. What is the application of cnc angle line?
A: It has wide range of applications, such as high voltage electrical tower, Steel tower, tower transmission, lattice tower, steel structure, construction work storage shelf, scaffolding etc.

A. Round hole and long slot hole are workable.

slot oval hole: Max.22*50 mm

A. Each model machine can achieve the perfect performance on the material within it’s size range. That’s why the machine have different models on different angle size.
