What are the commonly used raw materials for Clod roll forming profiles
Commonly used are plates and strips made of low-carbon steel, aluminum, copper, and other materials, as well as plates and strips made of stainless steel, titanium metal, and composite metal.
The thickness of carbon steel plate is 0.15~3.2mm, and the thickness of hot-rolled plate is 1.2~25.4mm. The thickness of the aluminum strip is 0.13-25.4mm.
According to reports, many countries have been able to produce cold roll forming steel with a thickness of up to 32mm. The width of the raw material is determined based on the unfolded length of the cross-section of the finished product. It is cut into plates and strips by a longitudinal shearing machine and enters the forming unit. A pair of relatively rotating forming rollers are sequentially bent into the required shape of the finished product.
