WORKPIECE SAMPLES
Metal coil cutting lines are special machines for the production of steel plates. The machine is designed to cut metal steel coils of a specific width and thickness into smaller coils or sheets of the desired length. Metal coils are uncoiled from coil cars and pass through straightening machines where they are flattened and straightened.
The coil then passes through a shearing device that cuts the metallic steel to the desired length. The cut-to-length line also includes a stacking unit where finished sheets or coils are stacked and prepared for shipment. This machine is widely used in the manufacture of a wide variety of steel products including roofing, siding and flooring.
