WORK PROCESS

Quantitatively loading the pipe → to the flushing station → roller conveying → flushing → pipe end alignment → step by step of the chain bed to the water pressure center → the fixed and mobile end test heads extend to seal both ends of the steel pipe → clamp → low pressure water Fill water, exhaust → close flush valve and exhaust valve → pressurize → maintain pressure → release pressure → retract the fixed and mobile end test head → clamp release → send out steel pipe → lift empty water → quantitatively dial out → down One cycle.
